@William bonnie Well I actually figured out how to get it working properly, the drug use part doesn't function but i never really cared about that to begin with. If only we had the Empire Building system from VCS into SA that would really top things off. There's a version of it being developed for another mod but it's uncertain that it will be released on its own.

Can you port the Russians over? I'd love to use them in VC nextgen
